Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 8 subsidiaries around the world.

Currently, we need to reinforce our Logistics team by incorporating an Export Assistant.

Your Role

• Follow-up/Control of the company's Logistics Management (land/sea/air transport).
• Issuance of necessary documents for national/international transportation.
• Coordination between the different departments of the company to manage logistics (Commercial Department/Planning Department/Shipping Department).
• Management with external warehouses.
• Incident Management with Transport Providers.

Your Skills

• Languages: High level of English.
• Good organizational skills.
• Highly valued training in International Trade (Incoterms, International Conventions BL, IATA, CMR, claims terms depending on the type of transport contracted).
• High knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.
