Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Community Manager will work in close collaboration with the Global Sales domain team and Sales Process owners to ensure the communities are aligned with the strategy to maintain the Network of excellence processes and structure. The community manager will be the SPOC for the community members identified in all countries/entities.

Main expectations from this role:

  1. Ensure Community Development, Animation, and Support: Manage, animate, and support the Sales Community.
  2. Provide regular communication to countries/entities through webinars and collaboration tools (Yammer, calls, best practices).
  3. Act as a knowledgeable and legitimate partner on all related processes.
  4. Stay close to all Program/Project stakeholders to understand the points that need to be cascaded down to the countries/entities.
  5. Voice community feedback and needs to the relevant parties in Business and Digital.
  6. Support the deployment of any new functionalities within the process.
  7. Provide Level 3 Support to Champions & Community.
  8. Ensure the overall Sales community schedule is met (Monthly calls, Release Communication, etc.) with quality and involvement of Process Owners and appropriate DCR Digital Team members.
  9. Manage, animate, and support the Sales Super Champions’ network to boost adoption of processes and solutions.
  10. Identify Super Champions in countries/entities and support local teams to implement efficient local Sales Organization.
  11. Boost interaction within countries/entities Super Champions to share best practices and promote teamwork.
  12. Articulate the identification, planning, and execution of the Change & Communication Strategy of assigned tools, projects, or initiatives.
  13. Execute Communication plans, including content creation, asset production (ppts, videos, infographics, etc.), channel strategy & delivery.
  14. Produce and deliver communication packages to ease local deployment and adoption of assigned tools, projects, or initiatives.
  15. Measure the reach of communication delivered and implement improvement actions, when applicable.
  16. Execute Change Management strategy and adapt it to country context.
  17. Support country leadership in execution of change management activities.
  18. Ensure process evolution & new functionalities from releases and projects are integrated into Global Training Decks.
  19. Answer any training needs within the community (refresh sessions, videos, best practices).

What qualifications will make you successful?

  1. Bachelor / Master’s degrees in business / Marketing or its equivalent.
  2. Strong ability to drive people and leadership skills.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence various stakeholders and build alignment.
  4. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills required to collaborate with stakeholders globally.
  5. Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a “virtual” mode.
  6. Previous Experience in Communication, Digital Transformation, Change Management required.
  7. Languages: Fluent English (Written and Spoken).
  8. Experience domains: Communication, Change Management, Graphic Design, Digital, Project Management.
  9. Fluent in Office package, Content Management, and Collaboration tools.
  10. Skills in video production & editing and graphic design.
  11. Innovative, autonomous, curious, flexible, and a strong team spirit.
  12. Motivated and passionate about Digital & IT.
