EWV-210 | Hrsd Servicenow Developer / Architect - Remote - European Candidates

For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer / Architect. Candidates need to have 4 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow with at least 2 HRSD projects (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow). EU candidates are welcome to apply and need to be based in Europe. Work permit is not provided. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs.
2. Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
3. Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
4. Plan and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs.

Profile:

1. Bachelor or Master degree.
2. Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform.
3. 4+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow.
4. Worked at least in 3 different ServiceNow engagements, of which a minimum of 2 must relate to activities deployed in the HR domain (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow).
5. Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
6. Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe.
7. 5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead.
8. Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design.
9. Good knowledge of business process analysis.
10. Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap, and Typescript.
11. Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.
12. Experience in Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
13. Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
14. Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification is an advantage.
15. Fluent in English.
