Job Description:

From ANTAL INTERNATIONAL, we are looking for an Events Agency Director.

Reporting to the General Management and working in collaboration with our Marketing & Sales Managers, some of your main tasks will be:

1. Collaborate in defining the vision and strategy.
2. Develop business plans and strategies together with management and the marketing team to attract new clients and position us as a top voice in international events.
3. Stay updated with market trends and maintain industry contacts to ensure competitiveness.
4. Leverage international experience to manage projects and clients across different countries and markets.
5. Oversee the planning and execution of events from conceptualization to completion, ensuring high-quality control.
6. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring the project meets them without delving into day-to-day details.
7. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
8. Negotiate with strategic suppliers and partners, reach collaboration agreements, and ensure the best quality of services.
9. Introduce new ideas and trends in events to keep services at the forefront.
10. Develop creative and unique concepts that align with customer needs.
11. Ensure that objectives, KPI, and P&L targets are met, aligning with the overall goals of the company.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
2. Over 5 years’ experience as Events Agency Director.
3. Solid experience in international events quality control and agency sales development.
4. Solid experience in international events worldwide, managing customers from different nationalities.
5. Proven track record of leading, managing, and empowering teams.
6. Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. An extra language will be a plus.
7. Availability and flexibility to travel.
