We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Music team, that can spearhead the growth of our Amazon Music services with internal strategic partners across Europe and Australia/New Zealand (EUANZ). You will be part of the EUANZ marketing team responsible for managing partnerships with other EUANZ Amazon teams, and you will be responsible for spearheading growth of Amazon Music as part of collaborative plans. You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy, aligning it with global objectives, and driving significant business impact. This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. You will oversee partnerships with other EU Amazon teams, collaborate with global functions on strategy implementation, and drive innovation in our approach to customer acquisition and engagement. The role demands a data-driven approach to decision-making, the ability to identify and capitalize on market-specific opportunities, and a track record of delivering measurable results at scale. You will be expected to mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key job responsibilities:
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in marketing or marketing research.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
