Key Account Manager Junior
Buscamos a una persona con amplios conocimientos como Key Account Manager Junior para las oficinas de Endesa en Madrid, Barcelona, y Sevilla.

Qué vas a hacer?
- Responsible for scouting of business opportunities, vertical and territory market penetration and quota targets within the country.
- Manage the overall customer journey from leads origination to deal closure, overseeing sales execution and efficiency through sales metrics monitoring.
- Lead the tendering process in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
- Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their pains and needs in order to provide the most suitable value proposition.
- Conduct customer presentations for introducing Gridspertise solutions.
- Provide support to Technology department on product and service development in terms of understanding customer needs.
Requisitos Técnicos y Profesionales
- Commercial, marketing, negotiation and communications skills.
- Internal and external stakeholders management.
- Understanding of utility regulatory challenges of managed Market / DSO markets.
- Knowledge about electric grid technologies and future smart grid devices and services would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools like SalesForce.
- Innovative and sustainability-driven attitudes.

Experiencia
- 2 years energy market or energy technology sales experience, tendering processes, ideally in the public sector is a plus.
- Ability to both manage existing accounts and build and close new relationships with strategic accounts.
- Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase assigned territory growth and revenues is a plus.
Calificaciones
Master degree in economics engineering, economics is preferred.
Fluent English (written and spoken) will be the main used language. Italian, Spanish, Portuguese / German are considered a plus.
Condiciones
Once the current emergency phase is over, availability to travel and dynamicity in activity management are required.
