Product Marketing Specialist - Home Solutions

This position reports to the Product Marketing Manager.
Your role and responsibilities
- Manage the ABB-Welcome door entry system and home automation product portfolio.
- Implement product marketing strategies to meet business objectives in collaboration with the Home Solutions Business Developer.
- Bridge the gap between product development and market success by implementing marketing activities and supporting the sales team with appropriate product knowledge and training.
- Conduct extensive research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitiveness by visiting customers regularly together with the sales organization.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales, including defining and communicating product value propositions.
- Achieve order demand targets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing sales and promotion plans.
- Analyze sales data and gather market feedback to evaluate product performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product.
- Support product price positioning aligned with local strategy by compelling price variation analysis.

Qualifications for the role
- Experience in working with customer-centric methodologies and marketing foundations along the electrical market.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in electrical/electronic project definition, on-site electrical operation, or product portfolio management.
- Innovative in communication, initiative, leadership, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with a results orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electricity or Electronics, or similar. Vocational training degree, such as FP, is also valuable.
- Fluent in English.
