Environmental, Health & Safety Technician (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety Technician has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the local management and ensure that there are adequate risk controls.
2. Effectively investigate work-related incidents and request specialist support when necessary.
3. Promote environment, health, and safety issues in the workplace throughout the organization and at all levels (from senior management to workshop staff).
4. Ensure the availability of relevant training, awareness campaigns, and EHS initiatives (Environment, Health & Safety).
5. Attend local EHS meetings planned by management with the relevant representatives of the workshop (including trade unions).

SKILLS

• Postgraduate in Prevention of Labour Risks.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks.
• Good knowledge of industrial processes, laws, and national regulations related to the workplace.
• Spanish and English must be at a negotiation level.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
