Mission

We are looking for professionals in the ESG area to assist with the implementation of Fluidra’s environmental management system and strategy. If you have experience and a solid understanding of ESG regulations, licenses, and compliance in an industrial and manufacturing environment, you are the person we are looking for.

Your Responsibilities

1. Assess and monitor environmental legal compliance in Fluidra companies.
2. Support and monitor ISO 14001 implementation plan.
3. Environmental data management, analysis, and follow-up.
4. Strategy follow-up to achieve annual goals.
5. Support in the drafting of annual reports according to the ESRS -CSRD.
6. Support in environmental corporate projects (carbon and water footprint, biodiversity impact…)

To Succeed in This Role

You’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

1. Degree in Environment Sciences, Biology, or Engineering (industrial, roads, chemistry, agronomist, or similar).
2. Master in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or similar.
3. Ability to work in a global team and manage simultaneous projects in a changing environment.
4. Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001, EMAS), waste management, environmental permits, and law compliance.
5. Ability to propose and monitor other environmental projects regarding sustainability (climate change, water, waste, circularity, etc.).
6. Data management skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills

1. Knowledge of Power BI and reporting platforms (SAI 360, Workiva).
2. Knowledge of non-financial reporting standards: CSRD, Integrated Report methodology, and GRI.
