• Contribute to the tech vision, strategy, and roadmap of one of the most important initiatives across Amazon
• Enable innovative technology solutions that directly improve buyer experience worldwide, impacting a multi-billion-dollar business
• Work across all tiers leveraging Service-Oriented Architecture, mobile platforms, user experience, analytics, and data mining
• Collaborate closely with our teams, partners, and stakeholders to set direction, maintain alignment, manage expectations, and help overcome organizational challenges
• Enable solutions that reach millions of new customers globally, providing them with a world-class shopping experience

Key job responsibilities

• Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team.
• Working closely with product managers, UX designers, and senior leadership to provide our customers with the best Customer Experience.
• Defining the strategy and roadmap as part of the operational planning cycles.
• Defining and championing platform solutions across multiple consoles to improve development speed, quality, and overall consistency.
• Managing the operations of your systems, including continuous improvement to performance and security.
