Enterprise Architecture & Governance Manager

Are you passionate about IT enterprise architecture and IT governance? Join our team as an Enterprise Architecture & Governance Manager and play a crucial role in governing our IS (Information services) area!

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Architect & Governance Manager to design and implement IT enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance models that align with the company's strategic objectives. This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our IS systems and processes globally.

In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Enterprise Architecture Development: Define and develop enterprise architecture frameworks that support the company's business goals and IS strategy.
• Governance Model Implementation: Establish and enforce IT governance models to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IS teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of IT initiatives.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the IT architecture and governance.
• Global Enforcement: Oversee the global enforcement of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and adherence across all regions and departments.

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT governance, preferably within the mining or a related industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design and implement complex IT frameworks. Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to make informed and timely decisions, balancing technical considerations with business objectives.
• Personal Integrity: High ethical standards and personal integrity, with a commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability in all IT governance activities.
