About the Role
As a Full-Cycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. Your mission will be to expand Maite.ai’s impact in law firms, consultancies, accounting firms, and corporate legal departments, helping legal professionals integrate AI into their daily work.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate leads in the legal sector.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline: qualification, demos and contract closures.
- Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to law firms, consultancies, and corporate legal teams.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring each client fully understands Maite.ai’s value.
- Leverage AI and advanced tools to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up and manage clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate directly with marketing and product teams to continuously improve client acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the legal sector or SaaS, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ownership mindset: ability to self-manage and focus on results.
- Strong organization and discipline.
- Native-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Ambition and motivation to exceed targets and contribute to Maite.ai’s growth.
- Interest in AI and its impact on the world.
- Optional: Legal background or experience in the legal sector.
- Optional: Network of contacts in law firms, consultancies, or corporate legal teams.
- Optional: Experience with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
- Optional: Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
