We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our travel portal, providing world-class support to our German-speaking customers.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing exceptional customer service:
2. Answering customer inquiries via phone in German, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
3. Assisting customers with booking accommodations on our user-friendly platform.
4. Identifying and resolving customer concerns proactively.
5. Building strong relationships with customers through personalized and empathetic communication.
6. Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving

1. Effectively diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to bookings and platform usage.
2. Identifying and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.

Maintaining accurate records

1. Documenting all customer interactions and resolving actions in our CRM system.
2. Actively seeking opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in German: Native or near-native fluency in German is essential.
2. Excellent English Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required).
3. Education: High school diploma; a university degree is a plus.
4. Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
6. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with online platforms and technology.
