Your Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and plan daily activities to ensure the achievement of objectives.
2. Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Coach, train, and motivate the team to ensure both qualitative and quantitative goals are met.
4. Resolve operational issues and incidents.
5. Prepare regular reports on team performance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Native level in English.
2. Goal and results-oriented.
3. Experience in a similar role is highly valued.
