Job Description:

Context:

In our Sestao plant and within the engineering division, we are looking for Project Managers in anticipation of major upcoming projects. These roles can be open to 2-3 years mobilities.

Your role:

1. Lead projects on mechanical or electrical installations, including the preliminary project study, investment file, realization, and commissioning.
2. In the pre-project phase, lead the search for optimal technical solutions and assemble the related investment file.
3. Manage internal and external studies of the projects and ensure compliance with current regulations.
4. Collaborate with the purchasing department to select original equipment manufacturers and needed suppliers.
5. Oversee planning and resources management during the execution phase, ensuring compliance with health and safety directives.
6. Support operational teams during the commissioning phase to ensure smooth operations.

Your profile:

1. Engineering background with high technical skills in mechanical or electrical topics.
2. At least 5 years of experience in CAPEX project management within ArcelorMittal, with excellent technical knowledge and solid project management methodology (CIPM).
3. Strong autonomy, decision-making capacity, and resilience to project-related stress.
4. Very good level of professional English is required.
5. Knowledge of professional and technical Spanish is an asset.
