Location: Spain, Barcelona (Can consider remote in Spain)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring their team to achieve performance metrics. Your role will involve strategizing, project management, and staff management. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of management experience, and proven experience as a manager of managers and technical leads, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
• Create a technical strategy and budget proposal.
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Comfortable working with Java, Spring, and Kotlin.
• Manage a team of 6+ engineers across frontend and backend.
• Comfortable hiring across engineering teams and contributing to the hiring process.
