Remote (must be located anywhere in CA & licensed in CA - report directly to one of the managers in any of the 10 offices in CA, designated office will be based on candidate location).
Advocate on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Responsibilities include:
Meet deadlines for client correspondence, attend client meetings, and conduct training seminars for clients on changing employment laws. Understand and maintain current knowledge of employment law and statutes. Perform all other duties or tasks as needed.
Law Degree, Licensed in CA, Minimum 15 years of employment law experience, and some school district defense experience. Must have school district defense experience.
Standard Operating Hours for the shift: 8am to 5pm, unlimited PTO, should be always on the clock. $3k quarterly bonus not based on performance. Company size: 250+ employees, 100 attorneys.
