We are looking for a new teammate to join us as Training Coordinator EMEA which will report to the EMEA HR team based in Barcelona. The goal is to ensure correct and successful implementation of the Learning Plan across the region.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Draft the Learning strategy together with the rest of the HR Team in EMEA.
  2. Lead the design and delivery of training and development programs and initiatives for EMEA employees in both technical and non-technical fields.
  3. Define, implement, and monitor the EMEA mentoring Program, in coordination with all stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with the HR EMEA teammates in the definition and implementation of individual PDP and Succession Planning.
  5. Detect needs both globally as EMEA and locally in each country.
  6. Identify existing best practices and create an EMEA guideline for managers and employees.
  7. Coordinate with all stakeholders and external providers to guarantee a match between needs and tools.
  8. Run periodical follow-ups to ensure a perfect fit.
  9. Define and monitor KPIs to guarantee applicability and success of the implemented actions.
  10. Manage a budget for all actions in EMEA.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration with emphasis on Human Resources, or relevant field.
  2. Valuable master’s Degree in Training/HR.
  3. Minimum experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a similar company.
  4. Knowledge of training tools, e-learning, gaming, Workday, LMS.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to create results through influence and coordination of resources.
  6. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  7. Any other European language will be a plus.
  8. Valid passport.

Person specification:

Ability to demonstrate sound decision making while constantly interacting with all levels, including internal and external stakeholders and sharing information along with excellent communication skills are essential to this role.
