Responsibilities:

• Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region: Agencies: request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications Affiliates: check needs and inform about new materials available GRP: create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date
• Promotional Material Teams: DS/BTS/Service MKT Update with available approved localized materials. Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates. Control of expiry dates Preparation of new Sharefolder
• Grifols Experience Days Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/ Help in logistic details. Definition of the process in the system.
• Launches and Congresses: Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions.
• Invoice management through SAP system.
• Support in Compliance requests.
• Others: support in the development of Customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, ...
