Eis Analyst

• EIS Analyst - 6 months + ext.
• 100% remote ***On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a highly skilled EIS Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to transforming insurance technology solutions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and manage insurance products in EIS, with a focus on Product Factory.
2. Utilize OpenL for business rules and logic within the EIS platform.
3. Support end-to-end insurance processes: sales, after-sales, billing, and claims.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Developers.
5. Participate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and inception workshops.

Qualifications:

1. EIS Suite expertise – product configuration, OpenL, and insurance process knowledge.
2. BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and EIS certifications.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience as a Lead BA, Scrum Master, or PMO (nice to have).
