Eis Analyst

Position : EIS Analyst - 6 months + ext.

Location : 100% remote

Overview : On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a highly skilled EIS Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to transforming insurance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and manage insurance products in EIS, with a focus on Product Factory.
• Utilize OpenL for business rules and logic within the EIS platform.
• Support end-to-end insurance processes: sales, after-sales, billing, and claims.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and inception workshops.

Qualifications :

• EIS Suite expertise – product configuration, OpenL, and insurance process knowledge.
• BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and EIS certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience as a Lead BA, Scrum Master, or PMO (nice to have).
