Description:
The role involves making and managing reservations, working with computers, greeting guests at check-in and check-out, and the allocation of rooms. Responsibilities include efficiently managing complaints and any problems, dealing with special requests, accounting and payments control, and using several languages by phone, email, or in person. The multitask receptionist will also assist in other areas of the hotel.
Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, booking control and availability supervision, price and promotion control, problem resolution, basic accounting, payment control, customer assistance, and managing the hotel's online reputation via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, and Trivago.
