JOB DESCRIPTION

A position is offered at the Proposals Development section, with the main objective of providing support to our R&I teams and partners in the elaboration of competitive tender bids devoted to fund CIRCE’s (www.fcirce.es) strategic innovation lines at European, national and regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The candidate will be part of a highly experienced team supporting both CIRCE’s researchers and external collaborators (e.g. Public Authorities, Large Companies, SMEs, Universities, RTOs, etc.) in their participation in European (Horizon Europe, Next Generation EU, etc.), national and regional public calls from the beginning of the proposal preparation to its submission, including their participation strategy development.
2. Understanding CIRCE’s and its partners’ interests towards European, national and regional research and innovation funding opportunities.
3. Identify and propose innovation projects in accordance to the different parties’ interests.
4. Analyse the public calls to which potential proposals are addressed, identifying the requirements to be met in order to participate with the greatest chances of success.
5. Preparation of new project proposals based on these interests, building national and international consortia to meet the calls requirements.
6. Coordination of all the partners and stakeholders involved in the initiatives.
7. Management of agreements and contracts with CIRCE’s partners.
8. Representation of CIRCE’s and its partners before European and National consortia.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

1. Industrial Engineer or technical studies are requested.
2. Proficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalent.
3. At least 3 years of experience in innovation consultancy.
4. Knowledge in the field of European and National R&D funding programs is mandatory.
5. Knowledge in the field of energy and sustainability will be valuable.
