· Shall prepare monthly inventory reports (i.e., physical count of stocks, near expiry, bad order status report, and breakage report)
· Shall prepare weekly inventory report for stock requisition
· Shall prepare Condemnation Report for all condemned products and breakages
· Shall safeguard the branch's inventory to avoid losses from theft, pilferage, and inventory spoilage
· Shall update vehicles' condition on the VTBC and VRMC
· Shall supervise the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Delivery Drivers and Helpers
· Shall perform such other duties and responsibilities and submit reports that may be assigned or required by his immediate superiors from time to time
· Shall be responsible for the receipts of all incoming stocks
· Shall be responsible for the issuances of stocks. Issues stocks only with duly approved documents by the Branch Officer/Supervisor
· Shall assist in the loading and unloading of stocks during ex-truck liquidation when circumstances warrant
· Shall maintain inventory stock ledger for every product for the receipts and issuances of stocks
· Shall keep record files of all inventory control documents
· Shall assist the Branch Officer/Supervisor in conducting physical count every end of the month to check the accuracy of inventory balance against the Inventory Status Report
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
