We are looking for an experienced Remote Forex Team Leader to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a remote team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Provide mentorship and support, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to define priorities and execute key objectives.
• Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns.
• Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Agents.
• Direct and coordinate all sales activities.
• Track and analyze sales statistics and trends.
• Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
• Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team.
• Define and execute sales plans.
• Offer improvement suggestions to develop our sales strategy and procedures.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in a team management role with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong background in Forex trading is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
