Key Responsibilities
Design and develop IC packages, sockets, and high-speed optical connectors.
Create and refine optical measurement setups for precise lab testing.
Conduct thermal, mechanical, and tolerance analysis to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
Oversee prototyping using 3D printing and CNC machining for rapid iteration.
Collaborate with electronics, optical, and RF engineers to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.
Qualifications
BSc / MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in semiconductor, optical, or high-speed electronics industries.
Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar).
Strong background in thermal management, mechanical stress, and tolerance analysis.
Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and precision measurement tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with optical systems and high-speed data transmission hardware.
Knowledge of FEA simulations, EMI shielding, and mechanical reliability testing.
