Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head Sales Associate to join our permanent Varsity Headwear pop-up at Forum Marbella. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in premium or high-end retail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires an outgoing, proactive individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and can effectively represent Varsity Headwear's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in premium or high-end retail. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of customer service excellence in a high-end retail environment.
