About the Role – Partner Manager

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to drive strategic alliances that enhance our Endpoint Management offerings. You’ll work across sales, marketing, and product teams to build and scale partnerships, expand our market reach, and ensure long-term growth.

You’ll play a key role in acquiring, enabling, and optimizing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and monitoring performance to ensure mutual success.

What You’ll Do

  1. Partnership Strategy & Development – Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partners to strengthen Applivery’s market presence.
  2. Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term partner relationships, ensuring mutual success.
  3. Collaboration & Enablement – Work with Sales & Marketing to create joint value propositions and train partners on our solutions.
  4. Performance & Growth – Track partnership KPIs, optimize collaboration, and report insights to leadership.

What You’ll Need

  1. 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or SaaS Sales.
  2. Strong IT industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve partnership performance.
  5. Fluency in Spanish & English.
  6. Bonus: MBA or experience in strategic sales and alliances.
