Calypso BO Analyst with PM Skills

Responsibilities
We are looking for a well-seasoned Back Office Calypso expert with strong Project Management skills to:

1. Analyze and document current BO procedures.
2. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for onboarding new asset subclasses.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Manage the team (up to 5 resources).
6. Communicate with stakeholders.
7. Generate and track roadmap.
8. Report the progress with agile or waterfall methodologies.

Requirements
Experience with Calypso accounting posting (general ledger), Calypso confirmations, Calypso Payments, SWIFT messaging; Experience with leading the team; Spanish language: C1 (Advanced) level; English language: B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.

Nice-to-have
Any PM certifications; Spanish regulatory reporting or other BO skills; Use of Jira or Confluence.
