About the job:

As the new Presales Representative, you will be in charge of making outbound calls and responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner. You will maintain a good relationship with the company's existing clients while also seeking out new potential clients.

Your daily tasks include:

• Executing daily outbound phone calls and responding to emails regarding client inquiries, detecting and establishing new business possibilities in selected market areas
• Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
• Proactively detecting possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling, establishing new business opportunities
• Retaining and growing the existing base of customers
• Interpreting customer needs and proactively acting to understand those needs

Your qualifications:

You speak Swedish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2) - big plus if you speak Norwegian and/or Danish too.

Experience: Previous sales experience in managing your own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients.

• A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.

Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office is desirable. You have strong technical abilities and quickly understand complex scientific concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of researching and identifying the right information. Passionate about sales and creating strong relations, with a desire to learn and develop.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
