Are you passionate about computer work and seeking a demanding full-time role where you can fully realize your potential, all from the comfort of your home and within a friendly team? If so, this position is ideal for you!

Start Date: You should be able to start between December 1, 2024, and no later than February 10, 2025.

Compensation: Your salary will range from €1,800 to €2,500 for a 40-hour workweek. Vacation, public holidays, and sick days are covered.

SAWOO is a fast-growing, remote-first company based in Munich with a 15-person team spread across six countries. We specialize in building and running communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies, helping them grow through collaborative learning and networking.

To this end, we organize physical and virtual network meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Our current portfolio includes 10 communities, each tailored to a specific audience of executives from renowned companies such as BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, and many more. Our goal is to welcome two million active members to our communities by 2034.

Your tasks
You will support us, particularly in acquiring new members for our communities, as well as in organizing and following up on various community events and activities. Specific tasks include:

  • Preparing and following up on community events, such as preparing guest lists and name tags, evaluating participant surveys, connecting participants via email, updating the CRM, etc.
  • Pre-selecting potential community members and contacting them with pre-written messages via LinkedIn.
  • Sending various informational messages and invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email.
  • Responding to incoming emails and LinkedIn messages and comments using templates that you modify based on the situation.
  • Posting and analyzing specified content via LinkedIn.
  • Email contact with community hosts and podcast guests to assign and follow up on tasks.
  • Maintaining our community member database (CRM).
  • Supporting wherever needed.

Error-free work and clean execution: You work with great attention to detail. Especially, the LinkedIn and email communication you send should be as error-free as possible.
