This role offers the chance to contribute directly to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization at a global level. Based at our Headquarters in Madrid, this position plays a key role in ensuring financial excellence and driving continuous improvements across the organization. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.

Your role will be:

• Lead in-depth financial analysis and monitoring of HQ expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to various departments, providing guidance and support to optimize spending and improve financial efficiency.
• Track and control ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring proper financial planning, resource allocation, and budget compliance.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to provide clear and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and propose solutions to maintain financial stability and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial awareness and accountability across the organization.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems, fostering innovation and efficiency in reporting and analysis.
