We're looking for an experienced Application Modernization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services that are based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including implementation, training, and long-term managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute software modernization strategies.
2. Monitor client's critical application performance and availability.
3. Support the resolution of inquiries from Enterprise customers related to AWS services or cloud.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience driving incidents and/or planned application or infrastructure activities in large-scale HA enterprise solutions.
2. Good understanding of Agile software development principles.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
