IT M&A Business Process Management and Testing Lead
We are looking for an IT M&A Business Process Management and Testing Lead to be part of our IT M&A and NETT Department.

The role
Manages Testing scope creation, validation and coordination of testing together with project teams and businesses. Ensures executing testing on time, on budget, on scope, on quality adhering to NETT established Project Management methodologies. Owns testing accelerators and provides best practices for all testing cycles in the projects. Understands End to End concept and has knowledge on the E2E variants across Functions.
What you’ll do
- Testing Planning and Execution: Well-structured test phases and testing governance aligned with all (PMO, IT Leads and the business). Test plan, Resource estimation reflected in integrated Project and Test plans. Test phases well monitored and controlled, reported and communicated.
- Testing Sustain: Project Testing Accelerators are up to date and well documented according to Best Practices.
- Business Process Management (BPM): Supports Test scoping in the NETT projects on End to End (E2E) level by defining the E2E variants scope in BPML, driving discussions with IT Leads and Above IT Teams as per project requirement. Drives and controls updates of the E2E variants by IT Leads in project that are reflecting TO-BE process changes in the Business and/or Market in line with the Business Blueprint discussion outcome.
- Training by Testing: Collaboration with Change Management Lead to ensure Change Impacts testing is done via mapping of the E2E variants and Super Users are on-boarded and perform Integration testing.

Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of NETT portfolio and project management processes.
- Knowledgeable in relevant NETT project methodology (SDM, D&C, SCRUM, etc.) as well as NETT solutions and the business processes within.
- Understanding of E2E process functional scope and integration points across NETT.
- Exposed to Nestlé and NETT units and having a good understanding of cross-functional topics and integration.
- Experience in working in project environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in coordination, communication and guidance of virtual teams.
- Training and knowledge extended to cover everyday coaching and stakeholder management skills as needed.
