As a worldwide industry leader within the social slots gaming sector, Product Madness has an exciting opportunity for a User Acquisition Manager to join our ever-expanding UA function and be part of an incredibly talented team! You will be working alongside the best and brightest talent in the industry and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business working on one of our top-grossing games. You will have full autonomy to set the UA strategy within your channel, whilst working alongside a dynamic, supportive and inclusive team who will value your creative marketing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Helping players discover our games
2. Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns for our mobile games
3. Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping
4. Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organization
5. Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying
6. Identify, develop and analyse key performance indicators
7. Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters
8. Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas

About You:

1. Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook and Ad Networks (other channels are a plus)
3. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas) - Must
4. Highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player
5. Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
6. Excellent written and spoken English
7. Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data
