Description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for monitoring 24x7 all production systems and ensuring the highest uptime availability. This person is in charge of reporting, escalating, and following up on system outages to the proper engineering team. The NOC team is responsible for starting incident call bridges and documenting incident reports. The team is the first line of contact for any production issues with end users and the business, providing support that includes identifying and troubleshooting issues related to first-level support.
