NW-431 | Production Technician

Summary: Líder de turno I. El líder de turno es responsable de administrar su equipo para llevar a cabo las operaciones de fabricación de acuerdo con el cronograma y las reglas HSE y GMP.

Especialista en procesos / Especialista en equipos: Ejecutar las tareas y actividades de fabricación asignadas de acuerdo con el programa de producción para permitir la producción oportuna del producto con la calidad y cantidad de acuerdo con las pautas GMP, de seguridad y ambientales relevantes.

Especialista en Documentación GMP: El especialista en documentación GMP revisa y consolida los registros de lotes después de la producción para entregarlos a Garantía de Calidad para establecer plazos y con la calidad adecuada. El especialista en documentación GMP realiza las entradas y verifica las transacciones/declaraciones en el sistema ERP.

About the Role: Availability to work on shifts is required.

Major accountabilities:

1. User-level cyclotron management and production of radiopharmaceuticals.
2. Preparation of kits and/or synthesis reagents in the manufacture of radiopharmaceuticals.
3. Cleaning, disinfection and preparation of the synthesis cells, dispensing cells and laminar flow cabin.
4. Collaborate in the implementation and revalidation of production processes and coordinate the correct manufacturing standards applied to the production of radiopharmaceuticals.
5. Help to ensure the clean room cleanliness, cabinets and refrigerators, as well as the type A packages and assist QC responsible in the management of raw material stocks and production materials.
6. Under the coordination of the production manager, performs the necessary activities for the correct execution of the various activities in production.

Obligatory requirements:

1. Advocational training, ideally in Laboratory / Degree in Laboratory.
2. Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operation runs smoothly.
3. Reliable, present and able to transmit the energy necessary to continue an improvement process and consolidate the system.
4. Fluent Spanish, intermediate knowledge of English.
