Directimo is a startup, which means we need a lot of flexibility and adaptability from our team members. This role is a work in progress and offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to building the project stronger.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily sales processes and ensure efficiency.
- Qualifying leads based on our consultation process to optimize client requirements.
- Presenting and onboarding clients onto the platform.
- Organizing online presentations about the market, including regional and property-type analyses.
- Nurturing clients according to their stage in the buying process.
- Arranging on-site property viewings.
- Scheduling and introducing clients to sellers to secure commissions.
- Managing property visits for selected listings.
- Assisting in the selection process, commercial negotiations, and due diligence (price / value analysis, legal and technical aspects).
- Overseeing the entire acquisition process and providing post-sale support as the first and last point of contact.
- Facilitating or supervising discussions with lawyers, financial brokers / banks, and property managers.
- Tracking commission payments.
- Gathering reviews and referrals from clients.
- Contributing ideas, knowledge, and initiatives to the growth of the Directimo team, platform, and supporting colleagues.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate market on Costa del Sol.
- Strong negotiation skills tailored to meet the unique needs of buyers.
- In-depth understanding of real estate services and a solid grasp of their position in local markets.
- Aspects related to general economic and real estate knowledge.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energetic individual.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Digital user abilities to effectively utilize various software and tools.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
