About Our Client

Our client is a leading international manufacturer specializing in printing machinery for various sectors, including label printing, flexible packaging, carton boards, security printing, commercial printing, and pharmaceutical leaflets. Boasting over 1,700 installations across more than 70 countries, our client ensures the highest product and service quality.

The position is based in Barcelona, Spain. Our client is open to candidates from the European Union who hold a valid work permit. Additionally, the company offers a one-time relocation package to assist with the transition for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements:

1. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all machine-related enquiries.
2. Create techno-commercial proposals and responses to RFQ/RFPs.
3. Develop and deliver product and technical presentations.
4. Maintain a working knowledge of competitors, products, and services, as well as of emerging trends in the printing industry.
5. Assist clients with ROI studies, equipment budgets, system requirements and specifications.
6. Conduct presentations and POCs. Support technical due diligence with potential customers.
7. Help the Commercial Manager in shaping the commercial offering, contracting strategy, and capture strategy. Prepare and pass the project view.
8. Understand customer requirements and Request for Quotations and communicate contract technical and commercial requirements to senior management.
9. Prepare and pass the business and sector Risk Reviews. Submit and present the technical offers to the customers.
10. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 4 to 6 years in printing and/or packaging machinery sales.
2. Bachelor of Science/B. Tech/Diploma in Print and Packaging.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
5. Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, and actively engage with the market.
