2. Drive market penetration in key regions: North America, Europe, and Asia.
3. Secure high-value deals with space agencies, defense organizations, and satellite operators.
4. Lead contract negotiations and strategic partnerships.
5. Build and mentor a high-performance sales team.
6. Implement scalable sales processes and foster cross-team collaboration.

Key Requirements :

1. Proven experience in sales and business development in the space sector.
2. Strong network in the space and defense ecosystem.
3. Track record of closing high-value, complex deals.
4. Understanding of SSA, STM, and space surveillance regulations.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and leadership skills.
6. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and the U.S.
