Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE

1. Managing the discovery, development and build of agreed projects and changes.
2. Managing and supporting the analysis, understanding and translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
3. Validating that all documentation and processes are of the correct standard and follow agreed methodology and conform to bank standards.
4. Leading developers and testers during build and implementation to ensure best practices followed and timelines are maintained.
5. Building and updating relevant plans and providing regular reports on progress, risks, issues and dependencies to relevant stakeholders and wider team.
6. Coordinating deliveries including software and infrastructure related, taking full end to end ownership of the delivery.
7. Experience in software development lifecycles, and experience of delivery utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies.
8. Strong end to end integration project management/delivery experience working with multiple teams across multiple technologies and applications.
9. Good verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate functional and technical concepts, delivering messages, status updates, etc. at the right time to the right people.
10. Architecture knowledge: capable of leading product vision delivery discussions at internal committees.
11. Proactive personality with the ability to run sessions/discussions with business stakeholders/Product Owners to facilitate gathering requirements, translating them to technical requirements for development teams.
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
13. Nice to have skills: Team player, energetic, motivated and determined, pragmatic and results-oriented, adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, productive and able to manage time effectively.
