At Brickken, we provide companies with our decentralized application (dApp). Our Digital Asset Platform is an all-in-one solution with user-friendly tools and features, making it easy for companies to tokenize and self-manage their digital assets. The digitalization of real-world assets offers various advantages such as agility in investment processes, operational speed, and the elimination of the need for third parties during the process. As easy as it is for companies to create funding rounds, it is for investors to reach out to the companies and invest in these emerging assets.

Founded and based in Barcelona since 2020, we are a fintech fast-growing startup in the blockchain industry. We are about 30 Brickkeneers with more than 10 nationalities who work in a dynamic and high growth company where new ideas are always welcome. For this reason, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. Always working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in implementing and executing actions to drive traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads to support broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (search, social, email, and display).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet department KPIs.

Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage content strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.

Social Media Management

  • Analyze and report performance metrics.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.

Paid Media

  • Launch and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Track ROI and provide regular performance reports.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and dashboards.

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows.

Website Management

  • Assist with updates and optimization of the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications :

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, managing similar tasks and projects.

Proficiency with the following (or equivalent) tools :

  • CRM: HubSpot
  • Analytics and Reporting: Google Analytics, Data Studio
  • Website Management: Webflow

Fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is desired.

Highly valued : Previous experience in fintech, SaaS, or tech companies.

Soft Skills :

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
  • Interest in Web3 will be considered a plus.
