There is no earning limit. We have a strong variable compensation element. We have many buyer leads coming in, and need support to bring these buyers to success. You can close as many deals as you can, and will earn a significant part of the earnings.

We are looking for highly proactive people that close deals. Where or how much you work is not relevant, results matter. We will work together to get these results.

What You Bring:

1. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to truly understand what buyers need.
2. Empathy and emotional intelligence – You go beyond the transaction and understand the deeper motivations behind why people buy a home (family, lifestyle, security, investment, dreams).
3. Fluency in English (Spanish and German are a plus).
4. Background in real estate, sales, or customer relations.
