Dutch-speaking Customer Representative to marvelous Malaga, Spain!

One of our clients is looking for a customer friendly and enthusiastic Customer Representative to work for the Dutch market!

The role

• Providing accurate information to our customers
• Logging of and following up on requests or incidences
• Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
• Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...)
• Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures

What is offered

• Full-time (39 hours / week) and long-term contract
• Schedule (rotative): From Mon - Fri 8:00 - 21:00, Sat 09:00 - 17:00, Sun 11:00 - 17:00 (rotative)

Requirements

• Native level of Dutch and fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
• Good team player with drive for success.
• Previous experience in similar position is a plus
