About the role :

In this role, you will be focused on Iberia (Spain and Portugal) working closely with key customers, the sales team, and the marketing department.

Your primary focus will be to develop, manage, and execute impactful e-Trade Marketing campaigns. A key responsibility will be to formulate an e-Trade Operations strategy for online channels, including the definition of specific activation plans for our AEG and Electrolux brands.

This position plays a crucial role in enabling the achievement of sales targets within the online marketplace.

Location: You will be based in our office in Madrid.

What you’ll do :

  • Design commercial online strategy: product, price, service, user experience online store and marketing strategy to steer traffic.
  • Conduct market studies (competitor analysis, consumer data, purchase and navigation behaviors) to drive competitive advantages.
  • Lead the e-commerce channel with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting to assure online development at Etailers (WordPress etc.) and sales projections online for products and services in collaboration with KAMs.
  • Perform data analysis and follow up on market data, ROI, conversion (%) and other metrics (underperformance vs targets, opportunities, best practice sharing etc).
  • Constantly test and optimize the pages to improve the purchase funnel and create strategies to drive repeat purchase, upselling and cross selling.
  • Support and drive joint initiatives with Digital Marketing (online promotion guidelines, update branded sections, ecommerce toolkit, content creation/optimization).

Who you are :

  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese as a plus).
  • Excellent analytical skills; you always use data to define the action plan.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills; you are used to working on multiple tasks simultaneously with a structured approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build a cross-functional network.
  • Consumer-focused mindset.
  • PC literacy – MS Office (experienced Excel and PowerPoint user).
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands) is a plus.
