Accounting Administrator

We are looking for a GL Accountant who can support in our Contract Logistics business in Spain on a temporary basis.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Review & Update Cash flow – daily bank clearing for North America entities
• Review Intercompany and external invoicing and follow up
• Process monthly journal entries and maintain back up and support
• Support SOX compliance consolidated reporting requirements
• Ensure documentation for assigned region is stored on data room.
• Ensure compliance by Controllers in region.
• Complete Month-end reporting packages, checklists, approvals from Site Managers per SOX requirements.
• Ensure SG&A SAP asset listings are current (annual validation from field – IE: IT) and leased asset listing is complete.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Key Qualifications

• Associates degree or post high school education in Business/Accounting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Excel, Power Point
• Experience accounting administration
