Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Ibiza. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees and managers, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in Spain.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and talent management
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations in Spain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge, ideally combined with advanced experience with HR management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), visualisation tools, controlling tools, as well as MS Office.
Position Objective: Selection and management of candidates for the various business units and services of the Group.
Responsibilities:
- Searching and opening recruitment sources.
- Management and follow-up of candidate onboarding.
- Management and coordination of internal training.
- Overseeing third-party contractors and their coordination with the venue, ensuring all documents and procedures are up to date and complying with all applicable legal regulations.
- Managing all mandatory legal required training (e.g., food handling, legionella, etc.), including its coordination, implementation, and management.
- Overseeing all aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), ensuring that the annual PRL activities and action plans are in place, properly implemented, and followed up.
- Tracking hourly rates, salaries, compensation benefits rates, information on new employees, etc.
- Handling payroll-related issues and inquiries from employees and supervisors.
- Preparing reports for senior management, the finance department, etc.
What do we need?
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and best payroll practices.
- Education in Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar.
- Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.
- Immediate availability for incorporation.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
Permanent employment contract for the entire year.
