The Technical Engineering Director

• Reports directly to CTO
• Derives new IP from customer needs to expand the company’s product.
• Curates a high-performance team. Manages talent allocation.
• Brings a unique technical expertise to the Tech team.
• Communicates with other directors to find cross-project synergies.

Required Qualifications

• Masters in Machine Learning, Physics, Computer Science, or another STEM field.
• 5+ years of industry experience building custom software solutions.
• Minimum 3 years’ industry experience working on NLP, Large Language Models, or Deep Learning.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management.
• Must be able to develop and manage project plans.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Python.
• Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
