Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The researcher, in collaboration with other partners, will be involved in electrochemical biosensor design, fabrication, functionalization, and testing. The researcher will work with interdisciplinary researchers and engineers to provide a standardized method for the production of electrochemical lateral flow devices combined with electrophoresis with interest for diagnostics.

Requirements

1. Education: Master in Materials Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
2. Knowledge and Professional Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in electrochemical biosensors design, fabrication, functionalization, and testing including strong theoretical and experimental skills in the field. High level of English.
3. Competences: Ability to work with deadlines, creativity, proactivity in research ideas and activities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work within a research group including collaboration with other international teams.

Full-time work (37.5h/week)

Contract Length: Temporary (31 months)

Salary will depend on qualifications and demonstrated experience.
