As an Error Manager (m / f / d), you will take responsibility for the error correction process and be the contact person for error management.

What you can expect:

• You are responsible for the coordination, checking and documentation of the problems fixing process.
• Your main role will be to constantly track the evolution of errors.
• You will analyse open errors to detect critical, blocker or job stopper.
• You will collect and synchronize information from all project members and stakeholders.
• You will create error statistics and presentations of project statuses to project management and necessary project participants.
• You will also organize and moderate error rounds to discuss vehicle issues.
• You will also monitor compliance with specifications in the problems fixing process.

That convinces us:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering or a comparable course of study or technical training with professional experience.
• Good analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and a high English level.
• Knowledge of working with KPM or similar ALM systems is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the automotive environment.
• An independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working rounds off your profile.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and JIRA will be appreciated.
